TERMS OF SERVICE
general information
> You are only purchasing a digital file, not a physical product/print.
> All work is for personal use and personal use only, unless otherwise is agreed upon.
> You must credit me (@vwenties) when you showcase or use my art (eg on toyhouse).
> I have the right to decline a commission for any reason, including no given reason.
copyright / usage policy
as the artist, i hold every right to the produced artwork, so i may:
> Promote myself, my commissions, etc,.
> Display on any form of social media I am on, unless agreed otherwise.
> Use as examples of my work to others.
as the client, you may:
> Share and use the commissioned artwork on your social medias, as long as you credit me as the artist.
>Request that your art not be displayed on other platforms by the artist.
> Print the artwork as a poster, etc, as long as it is for your personal use only and you do not profit from it.
as the client, you may not:
> Take credit for the artwork, claim it as yours or remove my watermark.
> Make changes to the artwork by yourself or use it for purposes that weren't discussed beforehand. This includes tracing, copying, heavily referencing, etc.
> Make profit or promote yourself using the commissioned artwork without a Commercial License.
payment
> I can only accept payment through Paypal!
> I will request full payment before i begin working on your order; this is to prevent myself getting scammed.
refund policy
> You can request a 100% refund if I haven't started the sketch yet.
> You can request a 50% refund after you recieve the sketch.
> You can no longer request a refund once I've started lineart/rendering.
> I offer a 100% refund if there is a problem on my part that prevents me from finishing your order.
> If you break my TOS, regardless of how far along your commission is, you will not be issued a refund.
workflow
> Once I've recieved payment, I'll begin working on your sketch (usually messily colored) & then send it to you for approval.
> Please check over the sketch carefully to make sure its what you want! I can't make big revisions after the sketch has been approved.
> The amount of time it takes depends on the type of commission, my workload, and other circumstances; Usually I will send your finished commission in 3-20 days. The very most you'll have to wait is 2 months.
customs / my designs (adoptables, etc)
> My designs are only for personal use, unless otherwise stated/agreed. (eg listed in desc of adopt or u can dm me for a price)
> you can change the design as much as you want after you buy them (eg change hairstyle, outfit, eyes, species, gender, etc.)
> you can resell, trade, or gift, HOWEVER you cannot resell for more than you paid without additional artwork.
> credit me for the design, even if you make changes.
